It reflects School improvement Plan activities which have been identified for implementation in the year under consideration, and other activities which are intended to enhance the efficacy of the school
This is the school administrator's tool that gives purpose and direction to school activities.
The Work Plan forms the basis far reviewing progress made towards goat attainment/school improvement, and annual reports on whole school performance.
It should be collaboratively prepared.
The implementation of the Work Plan must be continuously monitored by the School Administration.

Master List of Duties
Reflects all duties to be performed by staff for the school to achieve its mission and objectives.
This list could be prepared on either a termly or yearly basis.
The Standard Operational Procedures, Work Plan, Calendar of Events, Desk Manual,
Orientation Booklet, Records and Documents to be kept by Schools, and task analysis for Teachers should serve as source documents for the preparation of the Master List of Duties
Individual List of Duties
From the Master List of Duties, individual lists are drawn up-two copies for each teacher.
Each teacher must sign and date his/her list a copy of which must be kept in his/her personal file and the other given to him/her
Regulations governing the use of Appraisal include:
Each teacher must be appraised and record kept thereof.
Termly appraisals must be done by the teacher's supervisor.
Termly scores must be taken into account when the annual scores are to be computed
Annual appraisal must always be done by a panel.
Feedback must be given to each, appraisee subsequent to the appraisal session
While the individual appraisal forms are done and kept, a Summary of awards must also be kept.
Three copies of appraisal forms for each teacher must be completed - one to be kept at the school in the teacher's personal fire and the other two forwarded to the Department of Education or School Board
Appraisal information/data should be used to inform the selection of topics for the Staff Development Plan and to give focus to Clinical Supervision.
Every supervisory encounter must be recorded and the data used to inform the appraisal process.
NB: Termly appraisals shall only be done after supervisory interventions

Each staff member must have a personal file.
A Personal File must contain: Bio-data, List-of-Duties assigned to the teacher, Copy of Appraisals, Applications for Leave, Any other relevant document concerning the teacher.
Regulations governing the use of the Furniture and Equipment Inventory include:
The inventory must reflect only permanent/non-consumable stock: chairs, tables, chalkboard, radio, etc.
The prescribed format must be used in the compilation of inventories.
