At the core of CPA there is a strong drive to support positive change within the health and social care workforce. Through collaboration and partnership working, locally, regionally and nationally; CPA continues to be instrumental in directing authorities in forward thinking to future proof the workforce, for the challenges it faces and celebrate its successes. We continue to successfully position ourselves to bring fundamental strategic changes to benefit communities and individuals; while remaining an independent entity.
It has been well documented over several years the challenges that face the health and social care sector. A major part of this is the issues being faced in recruitment and retention, alongside development opportunities.
Many of our partners to name but a few, include carers, cared for, care sector management, Clinical Commissioning Group's, Local Authorities, Public Health, Skills for Care, Educational Institutions, SYREC, Health Education England. Within these partnerships we are commissioned to undertake bespoke projects identifying key areas for improvement and supporting the management of the change.
