Third Grade Music Focus 2020-21: In Third Grade Music, my goal is to teach concepts through movement, listening, creating, and exploring. Our focus this year will be on social and emotional learning as well as meter signs, identifying different voices, lines and spaces, melodic movement, the Classical Period, writing notes and rests (whole and half), aurally identify dynamic changes in music, identify tempo changes, the Blues, chords and harmony, and listening for form.
