The Level 2 Diploma is a one year course, which allows students aged 16 to 18 years with an interest in Art and Design, to improve their confidence while developing a broad base of knowledge and skills.

The qualification is for students seeking practical study rather than a more academic study route. It is structured to allow time for gallery visits, work experience and collaborative projects, alongside regular sketchbook work, contextual studies, specialist workshops and portfolio building.
