Our building opens at 7:25 a.m.. Students should be in their classroom by the time the tardy bell rings at 7:55 a.m..
Breakfast stops being served at 7:55 a.m..
Please send a reusable water bottle (with a flip top lid) with their name on it.
Students may have ONE HEALTHY snack each day. Please send something that doesn't require utensils, is spill/mess free, and that will help prepare them for learning. Here are some snack suggestions.
Safety is our number one priority.
Ways to Change Transportation:
Send a parent/guardian signed transportation change slip or note in with your child the morning the change is needed;
Send a parent/guardian signed transportation change slip or handwritten and signed note via email to wilkinson@conroeisd.net.
All changes need to be made no later than 2:00 p.m.
Transportation changes will not be accepted over the phone.
Emails directly to teachers and/or other staff members will NOT be accepted due to staff members not always able to check their emails during the school day or possibly absent.
Students should have one pair of headphones that are kept at school.
Volunteer Info
The Conroe Independent School District values the contributions made by its many volunteers who diligently work to support our outstanding students, teachers, and programs. It is our goal to provide a safe environment for our students and visitors. If you are interested in volunteering on our campus, you will need to complete the Volunteer Application.
The District will obtain the criminal history record of all prospective volunteers who will be working with students, including, but not limited to camp counselors, mentors, tutors, field trip sponsors, overnight trip sponsors, any volunteers who will have access to student information, and volunteers who work on a regular basis with students. The background check is strictly confidential and will be processed through the CISD Department of Human Resources. Click here to learn more.
The Volunteer Application must be updated each school year. If you applied last year and volunteered, you will have to apply and be approved again this year before being allowed to volunteer.

Attendance & Transportation Changes
Attendance is very important to us. Unless your student is sick, please support them by making sure they are at school on-time daily so they do not miss out on important instruction. We understand that life happens and are here to support the best we can.
If your child is going to be absent for any reason, we ask that you email your child's homeroom teacher along with the registrar to let them know. If your child is going to be absent for an extended period of time, please communicate with your child's homeroom teacher about potential learning and/or work they could be doing while out so they do not fall behind.
All doctor's notes or other acceptable documentation for excused absences can be sent to school in your child's Friday Folder, emailed to your child's homeroom teacher and registrar, or uploaded in the Parent Access Center.
If your child has a transportation change of any kind, we ask that you email our transportation department BEFORE 2:00pm each day of the change. If you may also state in your email if the change will be permanent and on what day the change will start.
