School district personnel actively promote and provide regular, systematic opportunities for collaboration and shared leadership among all stakeholders to help students learn and advance improvement efforts.

Conestoga Townhalls
Quarterly Townhall Newsletters are mailed out to all patrons in the Conestoga School District. All of the Townhalls can be found on the school website under the Townhall Newsletters section.
Building principals send a weekly email to staff to let them of upcoming events, weekly reminders, links to other important information, and recurring communication.
School Messenger is utilized to communicate with families regarding routine announcements including emergency situations such as weather or school closures.
Twitter is used by a variety of extracurricular groups to celebrate successes and showcase particpants!
Facebook is used the district social media staff to celebrate successes and showcase students! Other groups have created pages as well.

All extracurriculars require the use of Team App to communicate directly with players. All relevant program information and day to day to information is shared through this platform.
Members of the CIP Team and Building Leadership teams completed a review on our current progress in reaching components of the Nebraska Framework rubric system. The results of this survey helped guide us in lagging components.

Conestoga works with the community to provide career and college exploration opportunities for the students. The Junior High students particpated in a virtual career day that included tours of college campuses and speakers from a variety of fields!
The Senior High participates in a vendor based College and Career day that also includes speakers from a variety of fields. Students complete a survey to ensure they attend their areas of interest.
In an effort to support 100% involvement, all elementary students who attend home visits get to have their name entered in for a drawing! At half time or or mid-point of event, the students name is drawn, a picture is taken, they receive a voucher for the concession stand, and a free Cougar Shirt (for first time winners). Their picture is shared on the elementary lobby Cougar Cam!
The PROWL is brought to you by the Journalism department at Conestoga Jr/Sr High. This platform allows stakeholders and students to access a variety of information such as: upcoming events, staff features, and Conestoga offerings.
Homecoming Pep Rally
Veteran's Day- K-12 students attend our annual Veteran's Day program. This program is produced by our FFA and National Honor Society and features music performed by both elementary and High School performance groups.
Jr/Sr High students visit with 6th Grade students prior to 7th Grade
National Honor Society students collaborate with elementary grade levels for various projects.
