Conestoga's Annual Reports contain information on data over the last several years areas in demographics, teachers, state assessments, and benchmark periods. The report identifies trends and factual statements regarding the interpretation of the data.
A district created Focus MAP provides benchmark data results beginning with the 2020-2021 school year. This map allows staff to review growth over time. Data is reviewed each benchmark period and observations are noted. Documentation of implementations such as data dive protocol and curricular adjustments are recorded and tracked to determine the impact of those shifts on student learning. The Focus Map reviews data from AIMS Web Plus, MAP Growth/NSCAS Growth, ACT, and SAEBR's.
Components from the Focus Map and the Nebraska Educator Profile data are utilized to create the annual reports.
Perception data was collected, analyzed and reviewed in the winter of 2021 and again in late fall of 2021. The results were analyzed by staff and are reflected in our glows and grows section of our presentation. Conestoga utilized the climate survey provided by the Nebraska Department of Education and it was completed by students, staff, and families. The data is stored securely in an online Data Studio.
