Libby photographed the vase breaking, as well as the moments before and after. Her photography is a recollection of that moment, and thus the only way the rest of the class could interact with the actual moment of fracture. She explored the theme of immortality, by photographing how Isaac's urn lived on in Gitanjali's art, and how decreation is not the death of creation. Through her second triptych/syzygy, she explored the theme of negative capability moving from Isaac's signature, to a photo where his face/identity is inseparable from his art. The reminiscence of her photography lingers through each project, however, her photos are incorporated into Oliva and Sophia's work.
