Quality Management Plan (Required)

  • Quality Assurance Team: We have a Quality Management team that meets monthly to review and evaluate current processes to that help identify areas of improvement which will ultimately enhance the overall quality of care our clients receive. Also, we assess our existing systems and methods through the collection and analysis of data to determine if there are any areas of deficiency that may inhibit state compliance or impede our business strategy of advancing our standards of care. This enables us to target key issues that are discovered allowing us to improve existing practices as well as to develop new procedures to elevate our quality of services.
