ML Testing Accommodations

ML Students in grades 3-12 may have accommodations for assessments in the NC Annual Testing Program. Any student in grades 3-12 who scores between  1.0-4.9 on the WIDA Screener/WIDA ACCESS Reading test are eligible for accommodations. Students scoring a 5.0 or higher on the WIDA Screener/WIDA ACCESS Reading test are NOT eligible for accommodations and must participate in the Annual Testing Program in standard administrations. The chart below shows the current accommodations approved for ML students in NC. Accommodations may be used for EOG/EOG/CTE Post Assessments. Pre ACT, ACT, and/or WorkKeys Assessments accommodations follow guidelines set by the ACT for English Learners.
