Language Instruction Educational Program (LIEP) 

All NC Public School Units (PSU's) with at least one identified English Learner are required to have an Language Instruction Educational Program (LIEP) in place describing the criteria utilized for determining the services provided to ML Students. Below is the approved 2026-2027 LIEP for Columbus County Schools outlining the services provided.
