PB&J Instructions Lab

Scientists need to use precise language so others can duplicate their experiments and verify their results. 5th and 6th-grade students are asked to write step-by-step instructions on making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The "Lab Assistant" then follows each step LITERALLY as the teacher reads them.

Not a single edible sandwich was made that day. ;-)
