What is All Conference Band?
All conference band is just what it sounds like. It is a band that is made up of band members from the schools in the Cloverbelt Conference. Each year, we get together on a Saturday in January to perform 4 or 5 musical selections. The conference brings in a guest clinician to work with the group. It is a really great experience to play with other high quality musicians from our area.
Students are selected at our Fall Conference Meeting. This is also the time we discuss music selections we want you to play. Then in late November, early December, the music is sent out and we start working on it.
If this is something you would be interested in doing, click here to download the Cloverbelt Honors Band Nomination form, fill the top half out to the best of your ability, and return it to Mr. Larsen. (Due date will be determined once a meeting time is scheduled.
