Get an overview of the various sections of Drive and learn how to change the look of your Google Drive by toggling views and adjusting the display.
Learn how to organize your Drive by setting up folders and subfolders so that you can better organize your materials.
Learn how to name and rename files and folders in your Drive. It's important that items are clearly named. While it may not seem important, setting up naming conventions for your files and applying them consistently will help you to better organize and find files. Bonus: If you want to learn how to add emoji to your file names, check out the Additional Resources section at the bottom of this page. After you watch this video, take some time to rename files and folders in your Drive, especially those that are untitled or have duplicate names.
Learn various ways to move files into the folders and subfolders you have created. As a summary you'll learn how to:

Once you get organized, the challenge is staying organized. This video will show you how maintain your file organization system when creating files and opening files from coworkers. You'll also learn some other ways to manage your files and folders such as deleting files, adding a star, and locating a file in multiple locations in your Drive.
While my typical recommendation for the "Share with me" section of Drive is to ignore it, there are some things you can do to manage the section. This tutorial will look at the 3 main options you have for restoring some order, albeit temporary, to the never ending feed of shared files ... deleting, making a copy, or moving the file into your Google Drive.
