You can look up a student's information in 2 ways:
Method 1: Search box

Type the student's name into the Search box at the top of your screen
Click enter on your keyboard
Click on a name in the search results
Method 2: Choose a Student From Your Class

Go to the ROSTER Tab of any class
Click on a student's name to see their information

Top Menu of tabs
MY HOME - Basic profile information, address, grade, counselor, contacts, siblings, alerts (IEP, Medical, etc.), a student's current location when school is in session
CENSUS - Demographics
DISCIPLINE - View incident history and create a referral
ATTENDANCE - View attendance history
Bottom Menu of Tabs (When MY HOME is selected from the top menu)
ACCOUNTS - View username, last login date and associated user group
CONTACTS - View all contacts and available contact information
SCHEDULE - See the student's schedule
ATTENDANCE - View Daily Attendance or Course Attendance for the current year or past years
DISCIPLINE - View incident history and create a referral
GRADES - See a student's past and current grades. filter by year, marking period and quarter
ASSESSMENTS - See how a student performed on past state assessments, Regents' exams and User Defined Assessments
ASSIGNMENTS - See a list of assignments in the grade book. Filter by year, Marking Period and Course.
LETTERS - Access any sent letters or documentation. Filter by year.
USER DEFINED - Browse any User Defined Assessment data, if applicable
NOTES - View and create global and private notes for a student
