At CCSD, Reflex is used by students in grades 3-5. Adaptive and individualized, Reflex is the most effective system for mastering basic facts in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Full of games that students love, Reflex takes students at every level and helps them quickly gain math fact fluency and confidence. And educators and parents love the powerful reporting that allows them to monitor progress and celebrate success.
When implementing Reflex with students, you should plan to schedule 30 minutes of class time for them to get on their computers, log on to Reflex and work in the program until the Green Light turns on. On average, students can complete a Reflex session within 10-20 minutes. If not all students can reach Green Light in the allotted time, it is important they have at least enough to finish the Picture Puzzles. Otherwise, a different activity would be a better choice for that time. Shorter, more frequent use is more effective in building math fluency than longer, less frequent sessions. To help encourage this, sometime after reaching Green Light students will receive a message that they cannot earn any more tokens and should return the next day.
It is recommend that students play Reflex until they get the Green Light at least three days a week.
Students in grades 3-5 and their teachers can access Reflex Math via Class Link.
If logging into Reflex for the first time as either a teacher or student, choose the option "I am new to Reflex".

Teacher and student accounts are automatically rostered from Active Directory for all those listed as a grade 3-5 teacher or student.
If a student is on your roster in School Tool, and does not have a Reflex icon on the ClassLink landing page, please submit an IT Ticket.
