ParentSquare is a platform that unifies all communication tools used in your classrooms and the district. Teachers and district staff can use ParentSquare to engage parents, send alerts, and make announcements. Think of ParentSquare as a “one stop shop” for school communication that allows parents, students and staff to receive school related information from the convenience of their phones.
Parents can use the Parent Square iOS or Android app to receive communications or can opt to have communications sent to their email or via text. Parents can decide how, when, and in what language they want to receive school and classroom information.

ParentSquare has introduced separate accounts for staff and parent roles, so staff members who are also parents now have two accounts: one staff account and one parent account. This means:
You can be logged into both accounts at the same time.
You can switch roles easily without logging out.
You can manage notifications separately (e.g., parent alerts on your phone, staff messages in your work email).

As a teacher, you cannot add students or parents to your roster. If an individual needs to be added, please provide this information to the main office.
Students do not receive ParentSquare messages or posts made by teachers. It is solely a parent communication tool.
