Students can build on knowledge and skills gained through completion of Years 7 & 8 Maths.
Students must complete Maths each semester across the two years of 9&10
Students who are considering choosing VCE Methods, Chemistry or Physics are strongly encouraged to choose 10 Maths Extension
After Year 10, students completing their VCE have the option to choose from Foundation Maths, General Maths, Methods or Specialist Maths (by VLN only)
While Maths is not compulsory after Year 10 (for VCE students) students are strongly encouraged to check the pre-requisite studies for any University courses they may intend on completing
Foundation Maths is completed as part of the VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM) program
