This website provides important information about the tasks and reporting requirements that a Food Service Director or Manager is required to do on behalf of a district, such as:

• Closing the Day Procedures

• Free & Reduced (Non-CEP Districts)

  • Processing Applications

  • Verification

  • Notification Letters

• Direct Certification Matching Process (DCMP)

  • Categorical Extension

Important: If you are a district that recently converted to Mosaic, please reach out to foodservice@cnyric.org to work with your CNYRIC Food Service support team to set up the DC Wizard and new mappings for the DC Import File before entering any applications.

Once the DC Import is complete, we will work with you to review and enter any applications such as Migrant or Homeless or review students that may be eligible for an extended status because a household member has an Eligibility.
