The Bulk Entry option can be used to enter bulk meal counts into Mosaic. The meal counts are one entry of total meals for Breakfast, Lunch, or both for a particular day. This will not record individual student meals. This option is used when students are not going through the serving line for meals, such as serving in a classroom, special events or if there is a power outage and you need a record of the meal counts.

Group Sales is a great option for recording individual student sales quickly as a group such as by Homeroom or Grade. Group Sales alllow for a "sell all" button to sell those highlighted students a reimbursable meal all at once instead of each student having to put in their PINs at the POS.
