Position Description: The Assistant Instructor position presents an opportunity to join a rapidly-growing concept in the Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. The Assistant instructor will work under the guidance of our Lead Instructor while providing instructorship, correction, safety in our classes, camps and and events. As well a logistical to support our concept. All our program philosophy is 100% developmental. We work on 4 layers of development: Physical, Mental, Social and Character. This position requires personal leadership, enthusiasm, “mission first” mindset and high speed character. You will be expected to perform above and beyond and constant develop your leadership skills.
