Across the country and in the Charlotte region, America is engaged in conversations around racial equity and social justice. As a nation, the time is now to commit ourselves to achieving a deeper understanding of the roles that race and systemic racism play in society, as well as the devastating and far-reaching implications that have resulted.
The Racial Equity 21-Day Challenge begins on Monday, January 18, 2021 in honor of the slain civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. His life’s work around civil rights and equality remains relevant in light of the many challenges we continue to face as a nation.
The Racial Equity 21-Day Challenge is a powerful opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of how inequity and racism affect our lives and our community.
100% FREE to participate.
Receive an email Monday through Friday from January 18 – February 15 with links to recommended articles, videos, podcasts and more.

Daily topics include understanding bias, affordable housing & homelessness, legal system inequities, privilege and allyship.
The experience will deepen understanding, provide calls to action and help launch what we hope will be a lifelong commitment to improving equity and inclusion in our community.
