I attended Winthrop University, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in the state of North Carolina. Middle school can be such a challenging time so I want to help my students know that they are seen and valued. I specialize in teaching coping skills to help manage anxiety and other challenging emotions. The most enjoyable part of my job is creating fun classroom guidance lessons for my students. I also love finding ways to incorporate arts and crafts activities when I meet with students and finding new fidget toys or sensory items for my office. I have two dogs named Ollie and Titan.
