New Student Enrollment

Enrollment Procedures

Step 1: Complete the CMS New Student Enrollment packet

Step 2: Contact Christine Cassino at christine.cassino@cms.k12.nc.us to submit your packet, or drop it off at Mallard Creek during school hours.

Step 3: Once your completed packet has been submitted and processed by Student Placement, you will be contacted by a school counselor to begin course selection.
