CMS Middle College High School Program

CMS students graduate from high school and earn an associate's degree, up to two years of transferable college credit and/or industrial/technical certification from CPCC free of charge!

• Save up to $30K in tuition costs

What it is: A specialized high school located on a college campus where students earn both a high school diploma and up to two years of college credit (often an associate degree).

Structure: CMS and CPCC classes offered starting junior year. Students are immersed in a college-like environment.

Goal: Graduate with significant college credit or an associate degree

• This is a lottery program. Students apply early spring of 10th grade

• Only 100 students per grade level in grades 11 and 12th

• ALL high school core classes taught by CMS teachers on campus of CPCC

• ALL other electives are CPCC classes

• Can participate in sports at students home school

• Each CPCC middle college has their own specialty programs
