- Description - Participants will be inspired to cultivate a climate of excitement for literacy, identify culturally responsive approaches to foster development, and know the benefits of fostering these approaches to apply them and concepts in their classroom instruction. Participants will also develop a clear understanding of "The PreK Way" in CMS: Excellence without Exception.
