Many students walk out of doors after graduating without a plan, especially those who are not college-bound. We believe that this event could be a great way to connect our students with our partners. We will have a variety of career/college options being represented and we are inviting those from this group to come join us and hopefully find a few qualified candidates to become part of your great companies.
What is the Goal of The Early Graduate Career Fair: Is to help students understand what career paths are available to them in our local area and give them the opportunity to speak with a representative.
Why an IHS Career Fair? In person career fairs are a great way to meet people and make an impression, remember your first impression is your lasting impressing. Students will have the opportunity to ask direct questions, explore their interest, and get feedback on the spot. We will also have current job postings available.

Face to Face interactions with vendors
Local companies in the Independence, Mint Hill and Great Charlotte area
Explore current job openings, apprenticeships or internships

IHS Career Fair is a local fair held on campus each year. Vendors from the Independence, Mint Hill & Greater Charlotte community provide in person displays for local careers, education opportunities, and current job openings.
