We are the Technology Student Association (TSA) at Kirkwood High School— a student-led STEM and leadership organization focused on creativity, problem-solving, engineering, digital media, design, and teamwork. Our members build projects, compete in events, learn real-world tech skills, and represent Kirkwood at regional and state competitions.

The Technology Student Association enhances personal development, leadership, and career opportunities in STEM, whereby members apply and integrate these concepts through intracurricular activities, competitions, and related programs.
The Technology Student Association is a national organization that empowers students to explore STEM, leadership, and innovation through hands-on projects and competitive events. TSA helps members develop real-world skills in engineering, design, technology, and problem-solving while building teamwork, creativity, and confidence for future careers.
Our TSA chapter has worked hard to grow our skills, compete, and make an impact. We’ve participated in regional and state competitions, completed hands-on STEM projects, and collaborated on real-world challenges in engineering, design, and technology. Along the way, we’ve strengthened teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills while representing our school with pride.
TSA at Kirkwood High School began shortly after the school opened in 2023. Students in STEM and CTE classes wanted a club where they could compete, build projects, and develop technology skills. With support from a faculty advisor, the TSA chapter was officially started and has been growing ever since.
