Goals of Book Club
The Book Club aims to:
Promote school wide literacy in a fun and inviting atmosphere,
Read selected Award Nominees from the Volunteer State Book Awards high school division list, Youth Media Awards etc.
Engage in literary discussions with peers.

Meeting Times:
Book Club will meet during Club time (see Club Schedule) in the Library. The club will read approximately one book per quarter.

Rules and Expectations:
Students will be expected to adhere to all CMCSS & Kirkwood High School expectations as outlined in the Student Code of Conduct.
Students may check out the books from the school library, SORA or use one of the limited book club copies. Students may also choose to purchase their own copies.
Students are not required to read all of the selected books; however, all of the selected books will be discussed during Book Club meetings.
