pete the cat song visual

This paper strip is perfect to hold when you are listening to the "Pete the Cat" song. The students can point to each item as the song mentions it.

Here are two ways to extend the learning of this song. First, during or after this song, ask your child what will happen next. You can also talk about what happened "first", "next" or "last".

Second, put the included small clothespin on the song strip and have your child move the clothespin along with the song. This might take some practice, but that's okay - this is great finger strengthening exercise! A regular-sized clothespin will also work, but it will take more strength to open and move it.
