The tallest trees in the world are coastal redwoods, with the tallest measuring 115.5 m. (379 ft.)
Interesting Facts
Though it always seemed out of place, for almost 20 years CLHS had a coastal redwood tree growing on campus. The New Year's Eve snow of 2014 caused severe damage which led to it being cut down.
