• Enrollment: enroll in a trade school, 2-year college, or 4-year college/university

• Enlistment: enlist with a branch of the United States Armed Forces

• Employment: obtain viable employment with a business or company

• Entrepreurship: start a successful business

One way or another, all of our Titan students will end up doing something after high school to support themselves, their families, and their communities. As the CDHS Counseling Department, our goal is to ensure that each and every scholar that we graduate has a specific and meaningful plan for success. As our counselors interact with our scholars, our college and career planning discussions will lean into this 4-E Effect and encourage students to consider which of the 4-E's they see themselves pursuing after they walk the stage. Furthermore, we will provide services and supports to help students determine how they will acheive their E's!
