Materials needed
- None
Directions
- Mrs. Cookston leads you through a game of fitness BINGO in the video linked above.
- Draw a card and complete that fitness activity.
- Once you complete the card mark it off of your BINGO card.
- Keep going until you get a BINGO.

Activity: Jumping Frenzy
Activity: Jumping Frenzy
Materials needed
Materials needed
- Jump rope (If you don't have a jumprope use an invisible jump rope).
- Deck of cards

Directions
- Watch as Mrs. Cookston leads you through an activity where you draw cards from a deck of cards. Each suit of card represents a different kind of jump using the jumprope.
- Heart - Skier Jump
- Diamond - Double Bounce
- Spade - jump backwards
- Club - Single bounce
- Do that type of jump the number of times that is on the playing card.
- If you draw a 5 of Hearts you will do 5 skier jumps.
- Continue drawing cards and completing the jumprope cards.
- As you are drawing cards add up the numbers until you get to 50.
- Once you reach 50, continue drawing cards and instead of adding you will subtract from 50 until you get back down to zero.
