Sonic Sounds

Entering its Third year under the direction of Mr. Seuferer, Sonic Sounds is a non-audition extra curricular concert choir and show choir at Holmes Elementary. This ensemble will prepare a show choir set during the first semester, and a concert set second semester. Sonic Sounds is comprised of students from grades 4-5. Sonic Sounds rehearses Wednesdays after school from 3:00-4:00PM starting in September. Members of Sonic Sounds are selected through sign up. Beginning singing techniques, solos, presentation skills, and choreography will be studied through a variety of popular, show, and jazz style music. Students are required (or as needed with  school assistance) to purchase a choir shirt. The remaining concert attire includes blue jeans and closed toed tennis shoes. In addition to scheduled school concerts, we will strive for this group to perform at an off campus event each year.
