Clarion County Community Based Organization, East Long Avenue, began providing services to individuals/families in Clarion County in January 2025. East Long Avenue works with families to address their Social Determinants of Health needs…for example, food insecurity, housing, transportation, utilities, physical health, mental health, etc. There is no mental health diagnosis or insurance requirement to receive assistance…everyone is eligible. I have provided a link to their website for you to access to learn more about the agency and how they can assist families. If you would like to be referred please contact your child's School Counselor.
