Behavior Counts
Students must build trust and show they can follow basic instructions and rules. I want all kids to experience this trip but past experience has shown that I have to be careful risking the trip for everyone by gambling on one student. Behavior/conflict issues multiply given the 24/7 expedition nature of the trip. The consequences also multiply given the wilderness expedition aspect of this trip. Students that demonstrate behavior and disciplinary issues can be asked to stay off the trip.
