INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ENROLMENT AND INDUCTION
There are two key terms that you need to understand;
Enrolment - This is the official process that has to be followed to enrol you onto your course. This year you will be asked to enrol online using a link which will be sent to you via an email. The online enrolment will ask you for your contact details, exam results, funding arrangements, GDPR consents. You will also be required to upload a passport style photograph which will be issued to create your college ID card.
Induction - This is a process that students complete within their first week at the College. You will receive lots of information about your course, get involved in a a range of fun activities, find your way around the college campus and have the opportunity to meet other students from around the college, helping you settle into College life.

Safeguarding you, whilst at college, is a priority for the Safeguarding team. The team aims to protect you from potential risk and to promote positive health and wellbeing. There are a number of policies and procedures in place to ensure that safeguarding, and Prevent, are embedded into college life.
Everyone has a responsibility to safeguarding and there are a number of ways that you, as a student, can do this.
Always wear your student lanyard at all times- lanyards show us that an individual has a legitimate reason to be on the college campus.
Share or report any concerns or issues that you may have regarding an individual and/or a situation. You can do this by speaking to your tutors, emailing the safeguarding team at safeguarding@cityplym.ac.uk or use the Safeguarding 24 icon located on your browser bar.
Have a voice to help promote awareness of issues by and joining the Student Safeguarding Group. Work together to develop what the issues/concerns might be and how the messaging and information can be shared to your peers
