When we are functioning with Translations, this is the process.
They need to download the Audio Everwhere App to their device. There are two posters inside our roller door. Hold it up for them to QR code to get to the App store for their device. Instructions are on the poster and in Mandarin.
Once they have downloaded the App, they need to locate the ‘connect to wifi’ setting on their phone to connect to the “CPC Translation” wifi. Then when they select ‘venue scan’, the “Mandarin channel” will come up.
They need their own headphones. If they do not have their own, tell them they can listen next week if they bring their headphones, or if they want to listen today, they can sit outside and listen with their phone on speaker. We do not provide earphones.
