Health Service in Singapore
Singapore has several hospitals that cover the range from privately funded to publicly funded facilities. The quality of service is good and professional in all hospitals (both public and private) but certainly is “World Class” in the more expensive facilities. Most health care professionals in Singapore have been trained in the best programs in the world--in Australia, Britain, the USA and Canada, for example. There are private clinics in most neighborhoods in Singapore.

It is strongly suggested that you obtain personal insurance for the period of travel. The majority of staff buy a year-long travel insurance for themselves and family as it is inexpensive and can use it even when going to Indonesia or Malaysia that are only 20-30 minutes away by car/ ferry.
