Overview

• • On Thursday Oct.1 12pm - 3pm (setup at 11:30am)

  • Each club required

    • At least one in the main stage; one in our booth (better at least 2, good 1 student + 1 serving one; if enough man power, x2 shifts 12pm - 1:30 + 1:30 - 3pm, while having good attendance in our own Bible study running in parallel (also 2 sessions?) that we may invite contacts to on the spot.)

  • 12:15 - 12:20 : ICC & DASB videos

  • 12:20 - 2:50 : playing videos provided by Clubs

  • 2:50 - 3pm : Wrapup
