What Hirers need to do:

• Hirers will be sent a Hire Agreement  containing all the information and terms and conditions of hire (via Adobe Sign), to complete to confirm their booking by a given date. 

• Provide a current Public Liability Insurance Certificate and Risk Assessment *, as part of the terms of the Hire Agreement.

•  Pay a damage deposit of £300

• Complete the Safeguarding Compliance section in the Hire Agreement.  
  Cheadle Hulme School Enterprises Ltd. work in partnership with our hirers to safeguard and promote the welfare of all users of the facilities. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.  * Hirers must ensure their activity is fully risked assessed, (including emergency plans and safeguarding risks) and follow and communicate the National Body Guidelines (NGB) for the sport/ activity to all participants to adopt good practice when hiring the facilities at Cheadle Hulme School,
