The Estates Assistant number, for anything operational during your hire, is 07528 353482.
My normal working days are Monday to Wednesday during term time, however I will endeavour to answer emails outside of these times.
Hirers will be sent a Hire Agreement containing all the information and terms and conditions of hire (via Adobe Sign), to complete to confirm their booking by a given date.
Provide a current Public Liability Insurance Certificate and Risk Assessment *, as part of the terms of the Hire Agreement.
Pay a damage deposit of £300
Complete the Safeguarding Compliance section in the Hire Agreement.

* Hirers must ensure their activity is fully risked assessed, (including emergency plans and safeguarding risks) and follow and communicate the National Body Guidelines (NGB) for the sport/ activity to all participants to adopt good practice when hiring the facilities at Cheadle Hulme School,
Cheadle Hulme School Enterprises Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cheadle Hulme School and is run by a Board of Directors. The company operates at 'arms length' from school and contributions are gifted to the School to be applied for educational purposes.
