I feel extremely lucky to be a part of the ACE programme and everything it stands for. The idea behind giving our students and their families that 1:1 contact, that all important link between school and home, somebody who fights their corner and looks to overcome their potential barriers, is so vital.

I am currently working alongside all TKAT Essex schools in the combined aim of improving opportunities, well-being and the futures of our young people through the implementation of the ACE programme. 

I studied Child Psychology at University which teaches the various aspects of a child's physical, emotional, social and behavioural development. Education plays an incremental part in a child's development. I have seen first hand what a difference the ACE programme can make to a child.

I am very much looking forward to seeing the continued growth and impact we are having on bridging the gap for our disadvantaged students.
