Regularly write critical evaluation in your sketchbook which says what you have done, why you have done it and how your development has improved things
Prioritise explanations: saying “why“ is more important than describing elements (saying “what“)

Look at the image of Bloom’s taxonomy to think about what you need for your written components
Describe, discuss explain and justify specific examples of work in your sketchbook

Try to match the layers to what you have in your sketchbook
Think about percentages - what percentage do you have that is critical, evaluative, analytical, explanatory, justification?
Think about how much you have of that against passages that list what you have done mechanically without any critical evaluation
This will give you an idea of the grade you might get
