eSports 2024

This is your chance to earn house points which contribute to the house cup.

For years 7 & 8 House eSports will take place in your Computing lesson in the week beginning 17th June.

For year 9 House eSports week will take place in your Computing lesson in the week beginning 24th June.

To access the eSports Server you will need your Google School email address and password - a link to the server will be sent via Google Classroom.

This year there is a new game I created using the Unity Game Engine which can also be accessed using your school email address and the password emailed [The email will be from Mr Raisin]. This new game is a top down zombie shooter game.

Shout out to the IT Support Team who installed the zombie-Shooter and especially to Mr Hamblin who tested the game for me and he is currently in top place on the leader board - see if you can beat his score.

NOTE: you can only access the eSports Server and Zombie-Shooter game from school desktop computers in C1 & C2.

The zombie-shooter game this can be accessed via the Classroom Software folder on the desktop. Scroll to the bottom of the list to find the application called zombie-shooter. Enter your school email address and the password which was emailed to by Mr Raisin. Remember this password will be different to your password you use to access Google Classroom.

The access the eSports Server click the link posted to Google Classroom and use your Google School email and Google password to access the online games, again see the animated screenshot below for what to expect in the sign process.
