KS4: Five (5) hours per two week timetable cycle
GCSE Computer Science is delivered as a 2 year course (Years 10 to 11) and allocated 5 lessons per two week timetable cycle. The specification is divided into two components.
Component 01 – Computer systems covers 6 sub topics and
Component 02 – Computational thinking, algorithms and programming covering 5 sub topics.

KS5: Nine (9) hour per week timetable
A Level Computer Science is delivered as a 2 year course (Years 12 to 13) and allocated 9 lessons per two week timetable cycle. The specification can be found here.
