Language Arts, Social Studies, Math, and Science courses are offered on multiple levels to ensure all students receive appropriate instruction. Course-level descriptions are listed below.
Courses are based on Common Core standards to meet minimum graduation requirements.
Courses taken in this track are one of the requirements for the Honors Diploma. (Course level abbreviation is "H".)
Advanced Placement courses are based on College Board Standards and are designed to mirror introductory college courses. Students taking these courses are required to take the AP Exam. Students scoring 3 or above on these exams may receive college credit. (Course level abbreviation is "AP".
Mathematics and reading intervention will be offered through the student's flex period on an as-needed basis. Multiple data points, such as test scores and teacher observations, are reviewed when deciding placement for any and all intervention referrals.
