MFE/ALA
Each year, our sophomore, junior, and senior members are able to attend the overnight, two-day Made for Excellence (MFE) or the Advanced Leadership Academy (ALA) conference. These conferences are held to bring our regional members together, teach and improve each member's leadership qualities, and continue to be advocates for the agriculture industry.Â

These conferences are held to bring our regional members together, teach and improve each member's leadership qualities, and continue to be advocates for the agriculture industry.Â
This past year our chapter took four members to attend ALA and six members to attend MFE, with two advisors (Mrs. Barney and Mr. Bitter). Every attendee learned a lot of skills that helped build their leadership abilities and communication skills. They also came up with new ideas for improving the chapter including new and exciting chapter events. Our chapter attended the MFE/ALA conference in Sacramento which was hosted by the California FFA officers and advisor.
