VARIOUS RESOURCES & MATERIALS

To create effective faculty development programs, it is imperative to get the faculty members’ perspectives on what is actually needed in terms of materials and resources. Resources provided are local wifi connectivity, computer laboratory, simulation room, classroom, audio-visual room, covered court, conference room, research and extension office, faculty room/chairpersons’ office/consultation room, faculty lounge, medical and dental clinic, computer and printer. Materials provided are laptops and pocket WIFI for individual faculty member, provision of load for pocket WIFI.
Every faculty member irrespective of his/her sex and his/her needs are provided materials and resources for him/her to deliver and fulfill quality teaching and learning process. Teaching and learning materials may aid students in concretizing learning experience so as to make learning more exciting, interesting and interactive. Materials and other resources provided for faculty Members of the College of Fisheries are materials in various forms ranging from computer laboratories, Fisheries Laboratories provided with standard equipment, conducive classrooms, well-ventilated conference rooms, lounge, audio-visual rooms, and library.
Digitalization of faculty means helping the faculty to build and scale online courses to fit the unique needs of the student clienteles and facilitate online student success. The faculty of the College of Fisheries were provided with laptops and wifi for better connectivity. Most of the materials provided to faculty members applies to students during teaching and learning process.
