WHEN: MONDAY, MAY 13TH 9:00 AM – 4:24 PM
COST: FREE TO ATTEND (LUNCH INCLUDED)
Permission Slips Must Be Signed and Turned it by Wednesday, May 8th.
Students must be current on all choir fees and t-shirt fees to attend.

ITINERARY:
8:45 AM - Report to the Choir Room
9:00 AM - Buses leave for NRH2O
9:45 AM - Arrive at NRH2O; After setting up our spot in the park, students will be free to enjoy the park while staying in their groups.
11:15 AM - Group Check In #1
12:15 PM - Group Check In #2
1:15 PM - Group Check In #3
2:15 PM - Group Check In #4 - Dry off and get ready to perform
2:45 PM - Move to the Performance Area (take all items with us)
3:00 PM - Choir Performances
3:40 PM - Load Buses and leave for BCMS
4:25 PM - Arrive at BCMS, scholars are dismissed to their parents
The cost is FREE to attend. Lunch is included, however students may want to bring additional money to purchase additional food/drinks at the park.
Yes. We will wear our choir t-shirts and shorts/swim trunks when we perform. Regarding swimwear: Conservative swimwear only. No thongs or transparent clothing. Please wear swimwear that will remain in place while using the water slides.
Yes. Parents are allowed to attend the performance for free, or can sign up as a chaperone to join us on the trip. Please contact Mr. Wheelock for more information.
This field trip is only open to selected BCMS Choir Members.*
Yes, but be aware that it is your responsibility to keep track of these items. Mr. Wheelock will not hold or watch your items for you.
Yes. Mr. Wheelock reserves the right to remove any scholar from the field trip for behavioral/academic reasons.
Please be aware that students must be academically eligible to attend extracurricular activities:
"A student shall be suspended from participation in any extracurricular activity sponsored or sanctioned by a district or the UIL after a grade evaluation period in which the student received a grade lower than the equivalent of 70 on a scale of 100 in any academic class" -Education Code33.081(c)
