The annual Winter Choir Concert is NEXT WEEK on Tuesday, Dec. 5th. Please be advised that this concert is a required event counts as two test grades for the student's choir class.

Concert Location:

The Winter Choir Concert is being held at the beautiful First United Methodist Church of Cedar Hill. Transportation to and from the concert is not provided and is the responsibility of parents/guardians of choir members. The address of the venue is:

Concert Day Schedule:

5:45 PM - 6:00 PM Student Check-In (FUMC-Cedar HiIl Sanctuary)

6:15 PM Doors Open for Audience Members

6:30 PM Concert Starts

7:00 PM Estimated Concert End (students dismissed)*

*all students are required to attend the entire concert. Leaving early will result in a failing concert grade.

Concert Uniform:

Uniform for this concert will be the 2023 Choir T-Shirt (or a solid black t-shirt) and black pants. Absolutely no shorts or skirts allowed.

Students who are not in concert uniform will not be permitted to perform on the choir concert.

Concert Expectation:

Choir students are expected to silently observe the other choirs' peformances as part of their grade for the concert. Talking, cell phone use, or leaving the performance can result in a lowered or failing choir grade.**

**students who receive a failing choir grade will be allowed to complete the concert make up assignments to replace their failing concert grades.
